Wickenburg, Arizona (Az Family) – In just one day, authorities issued quotes to 95 drivers along the popular route from Phoenix to Las Vegas.
The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office, Prescott Police Department and Prescott Valley Police Department participated in a one-day collaboration on February 19, carrying out US speeding violations 93 Between Wickenberg and Baghdad’s turn-off.
According to YCSO, 11 officers and agents stopped a total of 97 vehicles for speeding during the operation, writing 95 excessive speed quotes.
Four drivers were quoted for crime speeding. This is a speed above 85 mph.

The speeding operation was scheduled in advance, but it happened just two days after an 18-year-old Nevada resident died in a crash on the highway.
