The Pinal County First Instance Court Appointments Commission has opened a forum for public comment on the six candidates vying for future vacancies in the Pinal County Superior Court. This vacancy resulted from the retirement of the Chairman. Kevin D. White.

The committee has scheduled a meeting for candidate interviews on August 8th at 9:30 am. The meeting will be held in Room 2130 of the Pinal County Superior Court located at 971 N. Jason Lopez Circle, Building A, Florence, AZ. 85132. The specific interview agenda will be posted on the Committee’s website at least seven days prior to the meeting.

After the interviews, the committee will shortlist at least three candidates for Governor Katie Hobbs, who will be responsible for appointing the new judge.
