ROOKE: Senate GOP Absent While Dems Force Through Another Biden Win

President Joe Biden is fighting an internal battle to remain the Democratic presidential nominee, but that's not stopping Republicans from helping him win yet another election.

The Democrats succeeded Installation complete Nancy L. Maldonado was elected Tuesday to the U.S. Circuit Court for the Seventh Judicial Circuit by just four votes.

Senate Republicans allowed Democrats to select him to a lifetime judgeship because the far-left senator has not demonstrated a commitment to working for the American people. Eight Republicans did not vote on Tuesday. Had they done so, the motion would have failed.

During Maldonado's confirmation hearing, Utah Senator Mike Lee said: Asked Louisiana Senator John Kennedy asked her why this man had to wait four years in prison. Asked Maldonado said he supports an “assault weapons ban.” Luke: Democrats are quick to cave in to pressure when they receive any negative press.

Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell Taken On the Senate floor in early June, after facing the largest case backlog of any federal judge, he highlighted her incompetence and inability to handle her job. [the 7th Circuit] “It's like throwing a judge into Lake Michigan who has proven he can't swim in the shallow end of the pool,” McConnell said.

And yet, despite exaggerated accusations of her false acting and lack of ability, Republicans were unable to stop her from winning her seat.

Republican Senators who were recorded as not voting:

  • Texas Senator Ted Cruz
  • North Dakota Senator John Hoeven
  • Oklahoma Senator Markwayne Mullin
  • Kentucky Senator Rand Paul
  • Idaho Senator James Risch
  • Utah Senator Mitt Romney
  • Florida Senator Marco Rubio
  • Florida Senator Rick Scott

Americans have long abandoned the illusion that they believe their elected officials work for us and represent us in Congress. Luke: The election is already being rigged, but Republicans still have a chance to stop it.

But it is highly inconceivable that Biden would allow the current president and his administration to appoint to the federal bench individuals who will undoubtedly continue the same courtroom tactics at a time when our country is on the brink of becoming a banana republic, using our judicial system to attack Americans and political dissidents. Show up and do your job. It's not that hard to vote against incompetence and tyranny.
