Former President Donald Trump is … walking the noble path, or at least the wise path.
Since last week's presidential debate, the Democratic Party has been in a disastrous spiral: The American people have lost confidence that their candidate, President Joe Biden, is mentally capable of carrying out the office of the presidency for the next four years.
While conservative media has honestly told its readers that Biden suffers from cognitive decline, pro-government media has made it its mission to cover it up, Biden's performance in Atlanta was so bad that it was no longer possible to deny or outright lie about his mental condition.

Immediately after the debate, elite establishment commentators all began calling for Biden to back down. The signs were clear: in their view, Biden has no chance of beating Trump in November. Trump has, for the most part, stayed out of the fight. Aside from posting a few memes and a video immediately after the debate, he has remained largely silent about Biden's mental decline, a theme he has frequently addressed before. Someone, the worst president in history, the clueless villain Joe Biden, while he indecisively and illegally attacks me, his political opponent, and constantly tries to blame everyone else for his many mistakes, Iran…

This is probably the result of two reasons.
First, Trump knows that his best chance of taking back the White House in 2024 is to run Biden against him. Right now, Republicans have successfully made Biden the face of the country's problems. He's the reason people can't pay for groceries, gas, or utilities. He's the reason we're on the brink of World War III and why our southern border is overrun with illegal immigrants.
If Trump supported removing Biden, or even slightly codified the Democrats' coup against Biden because of his age, it would only help install someone less burdensome for Biden in the presidency. Ironically, Trump needs Biden on his list of candidates. This doesn't mean he can't beat other Democrats, it just makes it harder to change a narrative that's already so perfectly weighted on Biden's shoulders.

KJP: “Of course.”

Second, Trump has become very disciplined. The same charismatic New Yorker he was when he came down the escalator in 2015, but now he is a little more restrained. The American people saw this in the CNN debates. Trump gave Biden enough rope to hang himself. In 2020, Trump occasionally interjected at moments that would have revealed Biden's true colors had he remained silent. In some ways, Trump's intervention saved Biden.
Trump's silence is just perfect.

Trump's silence helps him a lot. Let the Democrats fight. Let them smear Biden's reputation and bleed him. This is a gift he has never been given since he ran for president. Always Trump and his supporters have been at odds with the world. But now he doesn't have to say anything. Luke: Mrs. McBiden clings to power as her husband crumbles before her eyes.
All Trump needs to do is get the Democrat-controlled media to debate Biden's perception problems, get voters to badmouth Biden, and then go on the offensive as the victor without bloody knuckles.
