Incident in Cottonwood, Arizona
The Yavapai Sheriff’s Office is currently searching for a man who discharged a firearm at a vehicle while his child was inside that vehicle. The suspect has been identified as 19-year-old Alejandro Pereza Pasos.
This unsettling incident took place on May 28. Reports indicate that the shooting occurred when the driver of another vehicle was traveling from Western Drive to Pleasant Valley in Cottonwood.
The sheriff’s office managed to locate Pereza Pasos’ vehicle at a residence in Messai Circle, Cottonwood. In response to the situation, the YCSO SWAT team executed a search warrant in hopes of apprehending him, but unfortunately, he was not located.
As of now, Pereza Pasos remains at large, and the sheriff’s office is urging anyone with information to come forward.
