Sedona Eye » Yavapai County Fall 2022 Community Clean Up Schedule

Sedona, Arizona – The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors, in partnership with the Department of Public Works, is pleased to announce a community-wide cleanup effort in Verde Valley.

Cleanup is done in Camp Verde Relay Station2600 E. Highway 260, 11 miles east of I-17, and Free for residents of Yavapai County October 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, 29 and November 3, 4 and 5, 2022 from 8am to 4pm.

Items accepted: household appliances, bagging Household trash, car batteries, tires, furniture and all kinds of garden decorations.

Unacceptable: Bulky garbage, liquids, hazardous materials, automobiles, nickel-cadmium batteries, dead animals.

Wildfires are never out of season. Now is the time to create defensible spaces around your home. Cut 5 to 30 feet of vegetation from all structures. Remove all debris and dead vegetation from the roof, deck and grounds around the home.

Be careful of sparks when cutting or trimming. Again, all garden trimmings are accepted upon cleaning.

This Yavapai County Community Cleanup Program is for residential use only. Commercial packages are not accepted.
