Social media was abuzz after President Joe Biden delivered a speech that was as bad as the vice president's word salad, but his supporters still applauded enthusiastically.

Speaking at a rally in Virginia on Tuesday with Vice President Kamala Harris, Biden said: tried to emphasize Abortion issue heading into 2024 election.
