Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., on Saturday called on voters in her home state to “vote aggressively” for President Joe Biden in the Feb. 27 presidential primary.
Tlaib released a video on social media expressing dissatisfaction with the Biden administration's handling of the Gaza conflict and urging Michiganders to avoid voting for the president.
“Right now we feel completely ignored and ignored by the government,” Tlaib said. “If you want us to have more of a voice, come here and vote with integrity.”

Tlaib was the only lawmaker who did not vote in favor of Wednesday's resolution condemning Hamas' rape of civilians after the Oct. 7 attack on Israel. She appealed to voters to “support life” and “stand up for all the lives killed in Gaza.” She stressed the importance of establishing a voting bloc against the president “just to say enough is enough.”
