State Senator Chris Elliott receives support from Alabama Farmers Federation for his campaign for a third term

The Alabama Farmers Federation has officially endorsed Senator Chris Elliott (R-Josephine) as he seeks re-election for the 32nd state Senate District, which encompasses a large part of Baldwin County.

Local federal officials highlighted Elliott’s “strong work ethic” and steady commitment to conservative principles vital to farmers in the area.

“Senator Elliott has shown a strong work ethic and collaborates effectively with farmers on key conservative issues,” said Hope Casbaum, president of the Baldwin County Farmers Federation.

Elliott first took office in 2018, succeeding former state senator Trip Pittman, who chose not to run again. He emerged from a competitive Republican primary and won decisively against Democrat Jason Fisher in the general election. In 2022, he faced reelection in the general election.

He participates in national bodies such as the Energy Council, the Space Administration, the Aerospace & Defense Caucus, and state legislative sessions.

“I share the same work ethic and conservative values as the Farmers Federation, and I’m grateful for their ongoing support,” said Elliott. “Together, we can achieve great things for Baldwin County.”

Elliott lives in Josephine with his 20-year-old wife, Alanna, and their two children. They are active members of the Church of Bonsecourt, the Anglican Church of St. Peter.
