Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signed Senate Bill 25 Sunday evening. It is undoubtedly the most offensive Maha-related state bill to date.
invoiceIt passed the Texas Senate on May 31, but is even further than many other states bringing America healthy again. It imposes food warning labels that include mandatory physical activity in schools, a nutritional curriculum required for health-related institutions of higher education (focused on metabolic health), and a list of over 40 artificial ingredients. Warning labels are required for foods containing artificial food dyes such as Red 40 and Blue 1. cancer and Neuropathylye and Titanium dioxide.

The bill requires manufacturers to place the following warning labels in a prominent position of the product, a large enough font, and a contrasting background, saying, “Warning: This product contains ingredients that are not recommended for human consumption by appropriate authorities in Australia, Canada, the European Union or the UK.”
If a manufacturer violates the warning label rules, the bill gives the state attorney general the authority to sue them for injunctive relief and issues a fine of up to $50,000 per day for each violation.
It also requires that schools require at least 30 minutes of “moderate or active daily physical activity” per day, with the exception of students with disabilities or those who have achieved sufficient extracurricular activities.
Additionally, the bill prohibits schools from eliminating breaks.

The bill also requires physicians seeking to renew their medical licenses in the state in order to pursue “continued medical education in nutrition and metabolic health.”
The emphasis on metabolic health may be focusing on Calley Means, a special employee of Health and Welfare (HHS). He co-authored a book on metabolic health with the candidate for sister President Donald Trump, for surgeon general Casey Means.
The measure said that a close alliance with HHS secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. would attend to sign on Sunday night, calling it historically, sending shockwaves across the country.
This historic bill from Texas will be heard all over the country.
thank you @gregabbott_tx For this common sense leadership. https://t.co/iibdhazdrk

The measure also said the bill was “most lobbying against the bill” for Texas of the Year.
Surprisingly, this was the only lobbying activity in Texas that most lobbyed against a building this year. There was backroom debate against the recesses of consumer transparency, nutrition education and expansion for children.
Common sense is superior.

SB 25 will establish the Texas Nutrition Advisory Committee, a committee that studies the relationship between ultra-processed foods and food dyes and an increase in chronic health problems.
The committee then uses the research to develop a nutrition curriculum for the state school, and state Sen. Royce Kolhorst, the bill’s main sponsor, wrote about X.
Official! SB 25 – Make Texas Healthy signed again @gregabbott_tx. I would like to thank Governor Abbott for his support and the support he has received from many. @CalleyMeans Secretary of the Ministry of Health and Human Services @seckennedy And many others! … pic.twitter.com/d5qvanfyio
