As President Joe Biden approaches the end of his term, Fox News senior political analyst Britt Hume appeared on the station on Monday to discuss her claims about Biden’s foreign policy flaws.
Monaka exterior Hume said on the “Special Report with Bret Bayer” that Biden’s tenure had mixed results. Hume said Biden strengthened alliances, but his success was overshadowed by less favorable outcomes elsewhere.
“He made some pretty extravagant statements about how wealthy we are around the world. Some of what he said is true, especially in Asia where alliances are strengthening and China’s expansion “There are several groups of countries that the United States also participates in as a bulwark against ideological ambitions,” Hume told Bret Baier. “But in other parts of the world, it’s a much more alarming situation. Withdrawing from Afghanistan will force the dictators in Beijing, and more importantly, the dictators in Moscow, to do the same thing they did in Ukraine. I think it’s perfectly reasonable to encourage them to do that.”
Hume criticized the ongoing approach to conflicts in the Middle East, particularly the US stance towards Israeli military involvement.

“However, the reality is that Israel has the upper hand. And, you know, the president’s obsession from day one, which he still talks about, is to get a ceasefire. Now, Israel. is from October 7, 2023 onwards. And it seems to me that when you have allies in a war and your allies are winning, the last thing you want to do is stop the fighting. It’s unbelievable,” Hume said. “But I think that has been his obsession from the beginning, and in many ways he has held Israel back and delayed Israel’s moment of victory. And Israel almost achieved it anyway.”
Hume also touched on the support, or lack thereof, that the United States has provided to allies including Israel and Ukraine. Mr Hume said that although there had been some support, both countries were not receiving the level of support they desired, which was impacting on the conflict in both countries and contributing to prolonged indecision, particularly in Ukraine. . “The weakness of some of our enemies, particularly Iran and its proxies, that Mr. There is no room for this, which is very important, but we are not getting all the support we wanted. The fight against Raina and President Vladimir Putin and their ambitions has not been successful either, and the world will pay some price for the fact that these two conflicts have dragged on so long and, at least in the case of Ukraine, been so indecisive. “I think it will be,” Hume said.
