The Maricopa County Air Quality Department wants your feedback on its public education campaigns

Maricopa County Great Division wants to know how much he knows about high pollution, burns, and other alerts. The department is looking for a new one Clean Air Awearness Survey

“We are a regulatory authorities, but there are not so many regulations,” said Ari Halpert, a spokesman in the department. “We need to be cautious about the community and themselves, participate, and play our role in improving the quality of air.”

Halpert stated that individual actions, such as idling cars and burning wood in a fireplace, are a major contribution to the valley ozone and particle level. So she wants to know how effective the public education campaign is in the air quality department.

“It is a feedback for us to provide this education and information to our community,” says Halpert. “In order to understand what is important for the community, we need to convey words there, especially with all new residents who are in Maricopa County.”

A short survey asks a barrier that people facing people may not adopt a habit, such as replacing wood for carpool and cleaner fuel.
