PHOENIX — The Maricopa County Fair will be held over two weekends this month [April 5-7 and 11-14] We will make the volleyball even more exciting with attractions!
“This year’s new features are [the] “Splash Sea Lion Show”. So we have live sea lions here at the fair, and we’re going to have three shows a day. But what’s cool is to see the lions playing in the pool all day long. The pool has two huge pools. So whether you missed their show or you were watching the show, you can still see them in action,” said Maricopa County Fair Executive Director Karen Searle.
That’s not the only new attraction at this fair.
“Another thing I’m really looking forward to is something called the ‘Globe of Death.’ It might sound a little scary, but it’s a steel cage that the bikes go through at the same time. It’s really fun, it’s really exciting. So it’s kind of thrilling. So there’s a lot of new things this year that I think people will really like,” Searle said.
All entertainment shows at the fair are free with admission to the fair.
