One senior aide to former President Joe Biden admitted in his new book that the 82-year-old could not grasp the discussion before and after, and would fall asleep by the pool while preparing for a showdown with Trump.
According to an excerpt from Chris Whipple’s new book, the former president’s assistant to Top Biden, who prepared for discussion and helped the former president. Published By the Guardian. “The president was exhausted, confused and released,” the excerpt reads. “Crain feared that the debate with Trump would become a national disaster.”
The first training session of Biden’s discussion was halfway through the middle of 90 minutes as the former president couldn’t grasp domestic policy, according to excerpts.

When the former president was irritated, Crane urged Biden to run on “unfinished business” and “attempts to subsidize state and local efforts to help raise children and cut costs to $20 a day.”
“Biden seemed confused,” Whipple continues. “Well, that sounds like a big spending program,” he said. ”
“No, it cuts costs for people. It deals with inflation. It brings more people into the workforce. It’s good economics. And you know this is for you,” replied Crane.
“‘I’m so tired I’m too tired to continue and I’m afraid I’ll lose my voice and feel bad here.” [Biden] I said. “I need sleep. I’ll be fine tomorrow.” He went to sleep,” the book writes about their second training session.
Crane was also impressed by how “not contacting” Biden with the American people, Whipple wrote. The president’s first training session was not much different from the second, according to excerpts.
“In my first meeting with Biden at Aspen Lodge, the president’s shed,” Whipple said. According to the Guardian, Biden fell asleep by the pool after leaving preparations.

Crane was right. Biden’s debate over Trump is a disaster, and he will be kicked out of the presidential election in a few weeks by his own party. Klain defended Biden two months after a debate that sparked widespread concerns about Biden’s fitness among legacy media and other Democrats.
“I don’t deny that it’s a performance of a bad debate. It’s not like if the president is at work or not,” Crane told CNN. “He obviously leaves it to his job. He does it every day. He does it well.”
Crane doubled the New York Post’s August statement following the Gauldian story.
“I never doubted the president’s mental vision,” Crane said. I said Outlet. “He was focused on foreign policy and was separated from his Democratic allies to pursue GOP support in Ukraine and Israel.”
However, as Whipple reports, Crane appeared to be seriously concerned about Biden in the weeks leading up to the debate. Biden at one point suggested that his appearance of confusion suggested Trump was inconsistent, aides said.
“If he appears confused when Trump speaks, voters will understand that Trump is an idiot, Crane replies.
