Trump Admin Asks Supreme Court To Block Order Preventing Gang Member Deportations

The Trump administration on Friday called on the Supreme Court to block a lower court order that prevents the use of wartime government to deport gang members.

The DC Circuit Court of Appeals has restricted authorities from bringing members of the Tren de Lagua gang to El Salvador under the alien enemy laws.
