U.S. Rep. Gary Palmer (R-Hoover) is running a new campaign ad that talks about former President Donald Trump's enthusiastic support of the incumbent congressman.

“My friends, Congressman Gary Palmer has always cared more about the people he represents than anyone else,” President Trump said. “Gary is an America First conservative who is fighting to secure our borders, strengthen our military, and protect and protect the Second Amendment, which is under siege.”

“He will never let you down.”

The former president first formally endorsed Palmer's re-election effort last year on Truth Social.

Palmer is currently in a three-way race for the Republican nomination in Alabama's 6th Congressional District, facing off against auto businessman Garrick Wilkins and insurance agent Ken McPheeters. The Republican primary for the seat will be held on March 5th.
