President Donald Trump’s administration has delivered a decisive blowback to the public health tyrants and a major victory for average jocks around the world who enjoy smoking menthol cigarettes.

Former President Joe Biden’s administration had previously considered the ban, but ultimately repealed it in April 2024, citing fears it would alienate Black voters ahead of the election. The Tobacco Control Act of 2009 banned all flavored cigarettes except menthol. The act also gave the FDA authority to regulate tobacco products and encouraged health officials to consider pursuing delicious mint flavors. According to To Bloomberg.

No more. Let’s kiss this ban goodbye. Trump stood up to the swamp creatures all too eager to regulate worker vices and sent them a clear message. “In Donald’s America, if you can smoke it, smoke it.”
Trump also just proved himself to be the least racist president in modern political history. Do you know someone who prefers menthol cigarettes? The beautiful black community in this country. But white liberals like Joe Biden, thinking they were morally superior to everyone else, played savior and tried to rob black people of their menthol.

Although this is a major victory, the fight against workers’ vices continues. The left may condone child sex changes and drug legalization, but when it comes to nicotine, the very substance that men helped build this country and continues to fuel its greatness, nicotine must be abolished. No.
They won’t stop here. They will continue to advance until every last cigarette in this country is destroyed. The average American Joe must remain vigilant.
