Trump WH Stands By Hegseth As Reports Of Another Signal Leak Emerge

Defense Secretary Pete Hegses was standing on Monday after the White House reported that the New York Times shared a plan for the Hooty Rebels’ attack in a second signal group chat with the family.

White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt I said Fox & Friends Monday morning Hegseth did the “amazing job” leading the Pentagon in the New York Times Report. The new accusations follow the first signal scandal in which Hegses shared a timeline of attacks on the Houthi rebels after national security adviser Mike Waltz accidentally added Atlantic editor Jeffrey Goldberg to the chat.

The Department of Defense Inspector (DODIG) began investigating the first leak on April 3 at the request of the Senate Armed Services Committee.

“The president stands strong behind Chief Hegustes,” Leavitt said in an interview. “This happens when the entire Pentagon works against you and opposes the monumental change you are trying to implement. The Pentagon did not respond to a request for comment from the Daily Call News Foundation. But it did Issues a statement Sunday denies that the classified information is shared over signal chat.

Three top advisers from Heggs took leave last week amid investigations into potential intelligence news leaks in the department. These include senior advisor Dan Kardwell, Deputy Director Hegzes Darrin Selnick and Deputy Secretary of Defense Stephen Feinberg, Colin Carroll.

Additionally, Hegses Chief of Staff Joe Casper is set to leave the Pentagon amidst chaos. Kasper began investigating the leak in March, but it is still unknown whether his particular investigation was related to previous firing.

Original pentagon Spokesman John Urit Published OP-Ed on Politico Sunday has deceived his leadership at Hegseth and Pentagon, disputing that three fires actually surpass the leak probe. In particular, Ulit supported Hegses’ nomination during the confirmation process.

Hegseth told reporters Monday that he would accus the leak of “disgruntled former employee.” According to To NBC News.
