The London-based Ukrainian intelligence report group linked to the US Organization for International Development (USAID) has misdemeaned Russian loyalty by naming American politicians “foreign propagandists.”

“Instead of mentioning the famous names of Russian internal propagandists, we focused on the nature of Russian external agents,” reads Morpher’s website. “Foreign propagandists in the Russian Federation repeat the papers of the Kremlin leaders, justifying Russia’s armed attacks on Ukraine, calling for the lifting of Western sanctions on the Russian Federation, and convince the world that the annexation of Ukraine’s temporarily occupied territory is legal.”
