The Massachusetts apartment partially collapsed into snowy ground Sunday during construction, doorbell camera video shows.

“I just cried out, ‘My neighbor! My neighbor!” I thought they were in the car. But fortunately, there was no one there and no one seemed to hurt,” neighbor Lim Bauendi told the outlet. According to the outlet, Baouendi was squeezing her sidewalk from where the collapsed parts had fallen.

Oleg Chodovsky, whose ring cameras captured the collapse, told the outlet that he was happy that authorities would destroy the remaining buildings as the wind could collapse.

BFD told CBS News that the windy and snowy conditions have made it difficult.

“The field of debris on the back is extensive,” explained BFD’s Deputy Kyle McAuchern. “That also plays a role and is clearly a safety concern for another collapse.”
