Video Shows Apparent Robbers Crash Through Ceiling During $150,000 Heist

According to Fox 5, the Atlanta Police Department (APD) released security camera footage that appears to show two men breaking into an Atlanta Check Cashiers.

Authorities say the store was robbed on Sept. 3. ReportedThe two suspects remain at large.

The video shows the suspects entering the store through the ceiling and startling a female employee. The first suspect approaches the woman and reaches out, causing her to fall to the ground. The second suspect then appears to descend from the ceiling and approach her, take her bag, and begin searching it.

In the next video, two suspects are seen taking an employee into a back room and instructing him to unlock a safe. One of the suspects is then seen placing the money into a bag. “The caller reported that the two suspects accessed multiple cash drawers and a safe, from which approximately $150,000 in cash was removed,” APD said. According to CTV News.

According to KCRA 3, a video released in August appears to show two robbers attempting to break into a jewelry store in Sacramento, California. The daytime incident reportedly resulted in property damage but no merchandise was stolen.

“I was just shocked. It's pretty brazen to do something like that in the middle of the day and it's really upsetting to see them putting everyone at risk like that,” local business owner Mark Salare told the outlet.
