Authorities on Tuesday released a video showing the moment a New Jersey woman climbed over a zoo fence and was nearly grabbed by a tiger, the New York Post reported.
Following an incident at the Cohansic Zoo in Bridgeton, New Jersey, police have launched a manhunt for a woman who endangered animals by trespassing in a restricted area of ​​the tiger exhibit. The video ends with the woman backing away from the roughly 4-foot-tall wooden fence she initially climbed over. According to the New York Post, authorities have asked the public to help identify the woman involved and have provided a way for them to submit anonymous tips via a website. Founded in 1934, Cohansic Zoo is known as New Jersey's first zoo and is home to about 45 species of animals, including not only tigers but also leopards, bears, wallabies and mountain lions.
