The newly released video showed a hit and rank rush that sparked a series of events, including shooting police guns and arresting the wife of a musician allegedly pointing a gun at a police officer.
Multiple cars collided with each other on April 8th at Eagle Rock. video Shared Thursday by ABC 7 News. The suspect, who allegedly caused the initial shock, appeared to grab clothing, guitar and bail from the highway. Police said they pursued the suspect in a residential area. According to the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), Wieser bassist Scott Schleiner’s wife was later shot by police and was taken into custody despite not being involved in the collision.
Tesla driver David Gonzalez summed up in the crash and explained the scene from ABC 7 News.
“To be honest, I thought I was on an episode of GTA,” he said. “To be honest, that’s not going to happen, you know.”

“I’ve not had an accident in nearly a decade, but suddenly this guy grabs his guitar and dips it. It’s unrealistic and honestly unrealistic,” he said.
Describing the collision, he said, “I know this guy comes and hits the HRV and the HRV hits left and there’s no way to go and then there’s a three-car crash going on.”
That’s when things have made a very unexpected turn.
The Air 7 was flying above and captured video of police swarming around the Eagle Rock area in pursuit of a man who was allegedly fled from the crash scene.
The footage shows a woman who later detained a woman identified as Schliner’s wife, Gillian, was taken into custody. The camera also caught the arrest of the suspect on a hit and run after he tried to try and blend in with the neighborhood by stripping his boxer’s clothes and peeling off the clothes watering the lawns of the residence with a hose. Police arrested, quoted and released the accused on misdemeanor and hit and run, according to ABC 7 News.
Schliner was entangled in the issue by holding a gun in his hand while police were tracking down the suspect and scrutinizing the area, according to the LAPD.
She was shot by police after she was allegedly pointed her gun at a police officer and pulled the trigger.

According to LAPD, authorities detained the 51-year-old, transported her for treatment and charged her with attempted murder.
Gonzalez told ABC 7 News that the crash hurts his back and breaks his arm and requires surgery. His new Tesla was totaled in the crash.
