Video taken early Tuesday morning shows a horse galloping down Interstate 95 in Philadelphia, the New York Post reported.
The outlet tweeted a video showing a bridle horse galloping down a Pennsylvania highway in the early morning hours. A series of cars can be seen moving on the other side of the fence where the horses are galloping. In the video, the horse could be heard making a clicking, clicking sound as it hit the road pavement. Pennsylvania State Police were able to capture the horse, CBS News report. Police downplayed the incident and tweeted abuse.

The horse apparently escaped from the Fletcher Street Urban Equestrian Club, a nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching children how to ride horses, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported. report. “I have no idea how it got out of control,” a man wearing a light blue club sweatshirt told reporters as he loaded the animal into a trailer. The newspaper said the man told him the horse would be okay.
