ST. cloud (Wijeong News) — An Ogilvy woman pleaded guilty to a felony of making threats of violence following an incident in which she threatened to kill a Somali man.
Wait Park Police Officers were summoned to 200 blocks south of Third Avenue last October. Several people reported that a woman had broken into an apartment and threatened to kill people with a knife.
Police arrived and found a 33-year-old man Alyssa Holmberg Yelling racist comments and chasing a Somali man.
Police at Waite Park showed him a taser and ordered Mr Holmberg to the ground.
As officers began handcuffing Holmberg, Holmberg began resisting arrest, at one point threatening officers and even assaulting one of them while yelling racist remarks.
Police eventually used a “lap” restraint to restrain Holmberg.
Several other charges, including felony assault for prejudice, will be dropped when sentencing in October.
