VuSpex is a tool that allows homeowners and contractors to quickly and powerfully connect to development services inspectors via smart devices and seamlessly integrates with CitizenServe Customer Portal software.

Homeowners and contractors can schedule virtual inspections, upload photos and videos, and request live video conferencing to complete inspections remotely. This service, provided by Development Services, increases efficiency while saving time and money for homeowners and contractors.

How to start an offline field report

The VuSpex GO app is used to send photos and videos to Yavapai County building safety inspectors for review when cell phone service is not available. This option is only for areas without cell phone service. You must contact our Building Safety Department to arrange this option.

Get started:

step 1: Download the Vuspex GO app to your device (use the QR code below)

Step 2: Follow the registration prompts to create an account

Step 3: Please check your state

Step 4: Select Yavapai County

Step 5: Click “Next” to complete registration
