Yavapai County Master Gardeners bring Plant to Plate Gardening Classes to Camp Verde Community Library

Verde Valley News – Master Gardener of the University of Arizona Cooperative Expansion in Yabapai County will bring a Plate Gardening Series from the Library, starting Tuesday, March 11th, from 6 weeks of plant to the libraryth 5pm to 6:30pm. Classes will continue on the next five weeks at the library’s terracotta room every Tuesday at the same time, and end on April 22nd.

This six-part series contains the following information:

  • Plan your garden
  • Start with healthy soil
  • Plant your garden
  • Take care of your garden
  • Weeds and pests
  • I’ll harvest your bounty

The job of a gardener is simple – to understand what your plants need and give it to them. This series provides the tools you need to get the best possible results from your garden.
