Most of us answer the wellness question, “How are you?” You’re probably expecting the same response from others with a half-hearted “fine,” but what does that mean really good? Taking time to understand wellness and what it means to us, others are the goals of this year’s 2025 Yabapai County Mental Health Conference.
The theme of the meeting is “exploring the dimensions of health,” where attendees learn how to navigate and connect to resources through multiple aspects of wellness to balance themselves and other dimensions.
