Yavapai County is expected to receive approximately $1,308,728 in FY25 federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the Arizona Housing Authority Regional Treasurer. Counties can also apply for up to $500,000 in FY25 or FY26 CDBG funds from the State Special Projects (SSP) account. CDBG funds must be used to benefit low-income people and communities, reduce slums and blight, and address urgent needs.
