In collaboration with Yabapai County, Earth Resources Corporation recommends performing tip and fog seal work on various roads in Black Canyon City.

Construction began on April 7, 2025 and continues until June 9, 2025.

Construction work includes the placement of 3/8” tip seals, fog seals and striping. Chip seals are a rapid-moving construction method, so public impact is minimal.

One-lane traffic is always open. However, drivers may encounter lane limits, slower speeds, and flag manipulation throughout the work zone. Drivers should expect mild delays and allow extra time to pass through the construction area. Follow all traffic control devices when moving through work zones.
