Two men, including the woman's boyfriend, have been arrested in the disappearance of a Yavapai County woman earlier this year and the investigation is ongoing as authorities search for her body.
William D'Alcero, 58, and Cavett Richards, 36, were indicted Wednesday on charges of second-degree murder, concealment of a body and conspiracy in the presumed death of 35-year-old Shayna Fineman, according to the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office.
According to the sheriff's office, Feinman's neighbor reported her missing in Seligman's Hyde Park neighborhood on March 18 after she had not been heard from since March 8 and had not picked up her dog. Feinman's car, loaded with her wallet, identification and other belongings, was found by the neighbor not far from the property where she and her boyfriend, Richards, were staying, according to the sheriff's office.
The sheriff's office added that detectives working on the missing persons case uncovered multiple crimes committed by Dalcero and Richards.
Both men were arrested on suspicion of weapons offenses, tampering with evidence and possession of a stolen vehicle, and detectives are gathering evidence and probable cause in Feinman's disappearance, according to the sheriff's office.
Both Darcerro and Richards were being held at the Yavapai County Detention Center, according to the sheriff's office.
A $10,000 reward was offered for information on Feynman's whereabouts in April, but the sheriff's office said at the time that Feynman never arrived at the nearby friend's house where she was believed to have been walking when she went missing, and the people she was last seen with were not cooperating with investigators.
Feinman's body has never been found, according to the sheriff's office.
