FACT CHECK: Image Of Donald Trump Has Been Edited To Show Enlarged Chin

The image has been digitally altered – the original can be found on Getty Images – to make Trump's chin look smaller.

Fact check:

The director of the US Secret Service accepted responsibility at a congressional hearing on Monday for security failings during the Trump rally that turned into an assassination attempt. The image marked with an X appears to show a profile of a serious Trump speaking into a microphone, his chin clearly visible.

However, this photo has been digitally altered. The original is Getty Images In October 2016, his chin was noticeably smaller. The caption read, “Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump holds a campaign rally in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania on October 10, 2016.”

“The Harris-Biden campaign is hell-bent on cheap disinformation and misinformation.” A spokesperson for Trump told Check Your Fact in an email.

This isn't the first time a photo of President Trump has been digitally altered to make him appear fatter: Check Your Facts recently debunked a photo that claimed President Trump had a large belly.
