Yavapai County Superior Court Extends Hours on Election Day

The Arizona Supreme Court has directed the Yavapai County Superior Court in Prescott and all superior courts in Arizona to accept election-related claims until all polling places in the county are closed on July 30, 2024 and November 5, 2024. The extended hours will allow legal disputes regarding voting to be considered expeditiously.

Election matters requiring immediate consideration may be filed electronically or in person at the Superior Court Clerk's Office at the address listed below. 120 South Cortez Street, Prescott, AZ 86303Room 207. No other submissions will be accepted between 5:00 p.m. and close of business on July 30, 2024, and November 5, 2024.
