That claim is inaccurate. Kass Theaz, the woman featured in the video, is a satirical content creator. she has a satire Instagram and TikTok An account that introduces some parody videos. Both of these accounts clearly identify themselves as parodies/satire in their biographies.
This content creator has gone viral in the past for similar videos that were taken seriously and was also featured on Check Your Fact. In one video, she claimed that she was suing her parents for giving birth to her. Another video shows the woman, who claims to be a lesbian, suing her sperm donor for 40% of her salary.
