There is no evidence that Zelenskyy banned a true society in Ukraine.
Fact check:

There is no evidence of this claim. Trustworthy news outlets don’t report it. He told Trump’s media and technology spokesman that true social is not available in Ukraine AFP Fact Check.
“Reporting that a true society was blocked in Ukraine is false. A true society was never available in Ukraine,” the spokesperson told the outlet.
The Ukrainian government has also denied this claim. Heorhii Tykhyi, a spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, said: Claim With X post.
“We’ve seen reports that suggest that access to true social networks is being blocked. These reports are false. Ukraine did not block access, because, unfortunately, the truth about social networks has never made social available to Ukrainian users. According to the published information, Truth Social is only available in many countries (US, Canada, Brazil, Australia, and a few others), and Ukraine is not on that list. If a true society adds Ukraine to their approved business areas, we’d appreciate it,” he tweeted.
