White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller said on Monday that the US Supreme Court’s decision to allow expulsion under the Alien Enemy Act of 1798 “notification” to all “crazy levitators.”
The US Supreme Court announced Monday evening that the Trump administration will be allowed to expel immigrants linked to Venezuela gangster Tren de Aragua (TDA) in El Salvador. While discussing the “Hannity” decision about host Sean Hannity, Miller said the administration’s “big victory” should not go to the DC district as the case was from Texas, and that “running to judicial activists” as a strategy to block Trump’s plans, adding that Democrats “running to judicial activists.”
“No doubt,” Miller said. “So I’ll talk about Sean, the judge’s shopping, the forum shopping multiple times. An extreme leftist lawyer like the ACLU will look for the most crazy leftist judge in the country to try and shut down the president’s actions, even if there is no plaintiff in which that judge is active. DC.”
“This judge should have filed a lawsuit in the second case filed. Instead, the Supreme Court attacked it for him. That means all of these crazy left judges are aware that President Trump is fighting back against the law,” Miller added. “He’s fighting the shopping of judges and forums. We’re trying to protect the power of the president. We’re going to protect the people of this country.”
The court battle over President Donald Trump’s decision to call wartime laws against TDA members on March 15 broke out between the Department of Justice (DOJ) and US District Judge James E. Boasberg. Boasberg tried to halt his deportation on the same day Trump announced, but flights three had already left Texas with more than 200 gang members. Neither DOJ nor Boasberg dropped the case, so they were pushed into the US Court of Appeals in the DC Circuit on March 26th before a three-judge panel. However, a few days after hearing about the incident, the panel supported a temporary suspension for Boasberg, urging the DOJ to bring the case in front of Scotus.
“You, I, Sean, have spent hours with the victims who were murdered by illegal foreigners who have entered the country by Democrats,” Miller said. “President Trump held them. He held their hands. He looked into their eyes. He promised that their loved ones were not dead in vain. He fulfilled his vows and their duties, and this rule will help keep America safe.”
The court’s order states in a 5-4 decision that those detained under the Alien Act “may be removed under the law after the date of this order.”
In addition to the Monday evening’s ruling, Secretary John Roberts temporarily suspended an order from US District Judge Paula Sinis to regain suspicions of Kilmer Abrego Garcia, a member of the MS-13 gang, who was deported to El Salvador in March.
