California lawmakers introduced the law Friday to protect children from indoctrinating gender ideology in schools and to support parental rights.
Republican Congressman Bill Essay has announced a bill to amend state education norms to base sports participation in schools and use of bathroom and locker rooms, which are sexual characteristics rather than gender ideology. . Congress member Leticia Castillo also introduced a bill that would allow parents to select children from lessons on gender ideology, and that he believes gender and social transitions are the greatest benefits of children using gender. The judge proposed another bill that would ban the law. It prevents parents from being considered abusive or negligent for their refusal to transition their child during a custody dispute.

President Donald Trump is working to drive the concept of gender ideology out of American life, declaring federal recognition for two people only, and federal funds heading towards “chemical and surgical amputations” in children bans men from competing in women’s sports.

Current California law prohibits enacting policies that require teachers and administrators to communicate to the parents of their children if schools express their interest in changing genders.
