Only 37% have a favorable view of Donald Trump,” Enten explained. “What we're looking at is that 24% have an unfavorable view of neither Donald Trump nor Joe Biden, but what are these voters doing? is an important bloc that I continue to focus on in poll after poll: the choice of voters who don't like either Biden or Trump — Joe Biden leads by 13 points.”

“If these numbers hold up, Joe Biden will be reelected. Of course, that depends on the polls,” Enten continued.

“So, is there a good chance that the person who gets that number will become President of the United States?” Mattingly asked.

“That's right,” Enten said. (Related: CNN data reporter Harry Enten says key Democratic demographic trends are “leaning toward Donald Trump.'')
