An attorney told a panel of the Arizona Court of Appeals that the increased number of early voters was confusing.

The Arizona Retired American Alliance has filed a lawsuit seeking to block the move.
Their attorney, Aria Branch, told the court that a full manual count would render the audit obsolete.
