A federal judge dismissed the appeal.
Legal action was taken after the Office of the Secretary of State demanded an investigation into the two supervisors.
Elections administrator Cori Rorick last week directed Arizona Attorney General Mark Brunovich and Coaches County Attorney Brian McIntyre to open an investigation into Crosby and Judd for alleged violations of Arizona’s election laws. prepared a letter to Deadline November 28th.
The Board was ordered by Pima Superior Court Judge Casey McGinley to certify the results of the December 1 election, and the Board voted 2-0 in an emergency meeting. Crosby chose not to vote on this issue.

Federal Judge Rosemary Marquez has dismissed an appeal filed by commission attorney Daniel McLoury for “technical violations,” according to Secretary of State Deputy Communications Director Sophia Solis.
McIntyre said his office was “evaluating options” since the Nov. 28 board meeting and could not provide further details at this time.
The Board convened once in a special session and executive session last Tuesday to carry out the first 100 lawsuits brought by Secretary of State Katie Hobbs and by the Arizona Retired Americans Alliance and Stephanie Stevenson. Discussed the lawsuit filed against the board that tried to Hand count % of votes.
However, the board did not publicly discuss the case nor the advice it received from its attorneys. The Board was originally scheduled to hold another special meeting and executive session on December 8, but that meeting has been cancelled.
The Board will hold another special meeting tomorrow morning to discuss this issue.
