Coconino County Health and Human Services (CCHHS) latest report says COVID-19 cases continued to decline in Coconino County in the week ending February 25, while other respiratory illnesses increased slightly Did.
COVID
Coconino County continues to have low community levels of COVID, with both community-level indicators remaining at similar levels over the past week, according to a March 3 report. 3.5 per capita (up from 3.5) and 3.4% of staffed inpatient beds were occupied by COVID patients in the past week (up from 3.3%).
The number of cases in the county also decreased from 104 last week to 71.
The county report no longer includes test positive rates and instead shows a chart showing the total number of tests performed and the number of positive results. This is the same as the number of cases each week. The total number of COVID tests continued to decline from 1,077 to 828 last week.

Coconino County reported a total of five COVID-related hospitalizations this week, less than half of the 13 reported the previous week. No deaths from COVID have been reported for five consecutive weeks. So far in 2023, the county has reported a total of six deaths from her COVID.

mpox
As of February 6, Coconino County continues to report a total of seven mpox cases since the first two were identified in August 2022. This he has been the same since October 24th. The county lists 27, adding another of his mpox cases for a total of eight.
The ADHS Dashboard lists a total of 591 cases statewide so far, with 36 hospitalizations and zero deaths.
