“I met with the family of angels who lost their loved ones because of illegal aliens who had never been in our country,” Noem said in a prepared statement. “The previous administration ignored these families and other victims of illegal foreign crimes.”

“With the reboot of the voice office, we are providing access to resources and support services to victims and their families,” Noem continued.

Voice Office helps victims of immigrant crimes understand the immigration enforcement and removal process, sign up for automated custody status information on criminal immigration in immigration and customs enforcement custody, and provides an additional history of illegal immigration, according to the DHS.

The office will also provide access to social service professionals and other contacts to direct where victims can provide victim impact statements and to help victims connect with other necessary resources.

The voice was first launched in 2017 in the first Trump administration and served as a resource for people who were killed by illegal immigrants and other foreigners. However, the Biden administration released its office in June 2021 as part of an effort to completely disrupt the immigration enforcement device built by the Trump White House.

Following Biden’s decision to close his voice office and oversee the unprecedented illegal immigration crisis, many famous crimes are allegedly committed by illegal immigrants under his watch.

Rayken Riley, a 22-year-old Georgia nursing student, was murdered in February 2024 by Venezuelan illegal immigrant Jose Ibarra, urged state and federal lawmakers to pass laws that tighten immigration enforcement. Jocelyn Nungarray, a 12-year-old Texan girl, was abandoned in North Houston Creek in June 2024, and Venezuelan illegal immigrants Franklin Jo Penalamos and Johann Jose Martines Lengel were accused of sexual abuse and murder.

The DCNF learned that Jocelyn’s mother, Alexis Nungaray, will be one of the parents of several angels present on Wednesday for the renewal of NOEM’s voice office. Since the brutal murder of her daughter, Nungaray has been a defender of stricter immigration laws and has appeared in many press conferences with President Donald Trump.

The other angel moms attending Wednesday are Savin Darden Coulter, the mother of a California Sheriff’s dispatcher who was killed in 2012 when the bike was attacked by illegal immigrants with Duis history, and Tammy’s noble mother, the mother of a 20-year-old mother who was strangled in July 2022.

Also present is Amanda Kiefer, a woman who was victimized by illegal immigrants who left prison for a leftist initiative launched by then-Francisco District Attorney Kamala Harris. Kiefer leaves behind a broken skull as Alexander Isagure, an illegal immigrant from Honduras, tried to run her after snatching her wallet and jumping into the car.

Kiefer said the incident changed her perspective on politics and that she has since become a voice Trump supporter.

“President Trump and I will continue to take away illegal aliens of crime from our streets and make America safe again,” Noem said.
