This post is inaccurate. The image was taken by an AP News photographer, and numerous photos from other news organizations attest to the flag being flown at the event.

The Secret Service has reportedly increased security around President Trump after receiving intelligence about a plot by Iran to assassinate him. CNNThe media report said this is not believed to have any connection to the man who plotted to assassinate President Trump at a rally last Saturday.

The thread's post compiles various images from the rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, where the assassination attempt took place. Two of the photos feature the logos of CNN and Fox News. Another photo shows Trump surrounded by Secret Service agents with an American flag in the background, the only photo in the post that includes a flag.
