According to the newspaper, Ohioans are voting on Issue 1. This is a “redistricting proposal that removes politicians from the process and supports citizen commissions.” ohio capital journal.

This claim is false. Yost voted for Issue 1 in August 2023, which was a different measure. The first issue, in August 2023, was about making it harder for Ohioans to change the Ohio Constitution through a voter referendum, according to . NPR.
