President Trump reportedly falsely claimed that photos of crowds attending rallies for presidential candidate Kamala Harris were created using artificial intelligence. CBS NewsSeveral videos captured sizable crowds, with one news outlet estimating that as many as 15,000 people attended.
The Facebook post purportedly shows Trump waving to a non-existent crowd, and a video appears to show him leaving the building after having the doors opened for him, then turning and waving to the right several times.
“Speaking of crowd size, Donald Trump is not waving to anyone,” text overlaid on the video reads.
However, the caption for this video is incorrect. This video was originally Margo MartinMartin, deputy communications director for President Trump, appears in the video. As President Trump steps outside, cheers can be heard in the distance and people can be seen standing behind the barricades in the direction President Trump is waving. The video quality of Martin's video makes it even clearer.
