There appears to be no official confirmation from the Secret Service or the FBI that Trump was hit by a bullet, though NBC News justice and intelligence reporter Ken Dilanian reported that a Secret Service spokesperson confirmed to NBC News homeland security reporter Julia Ainsley that Trump was hit by a bullet.

A Secret Service spokesperson disputed the report, telling Check Your Fact that no Secret Service spokesperson had confirmed that Trump had been shot, and directed Check Your Fact to statements made by Trump on social media and by the FBI.
“We have not confirmed this,” Secret Service spokesman Anthony Gugliemi said in an email. [Trump was shot].”
The FBI told Check Your Fact it could not comment.
