This claim is false. After doing a reverse image search, Check Your Fact found that the video likely depicts an incident that took place off the coast of Sri Lanka in 2021. According to Chinese media reports, time shows a frame of a video in an article about the incident.

The gray warship in the image is probably Affiliation To the Sri Lankan Navy. Another report said the white vessel was identified as an Indian Coast Guard vessel.
