‘Far Cry From Reality’: Fox News’ Will Cain Gives Dem Rep Reality Check On Trump Admin’s Deportation Of MS-13 Member

Fox News host Will Cain confronted Florida House of Representatives Maxwell Frost on Monday over his allegations that President Donald Trump violated the due process of MS-13 members.

Frost is one of four Democrats visiting Kilmer Abrego Garcia in El Salvador after being deported in March, claiming that he should return to the US during a live interview, causing Cain to remind Garcia that he is an illegal immigrant, part of a foreign terrorist organization and has a criminal record.

“MS-13 is designated as a foreign terrorist organization, isn’t it?” Cain asked, and Frost confirmed the fact. “Well, it has it. And there is the ordered removal of Abrego Garcia from the Maryland District Court. The U.S. District Court stated, “Although Abrego Garcia was held to be removable, the immigration judge granted withholding tax for the removal to El Salvador dated October 10, 2019.” So he received the removable order. ”

“He had a protected status when you just read. If he gets deported, there’s a process that he needs to go through, and that’s the whole situation here,” Frost said. “I’m not here to file a lawsuit even a very specific person, I’m talking about the fact that he represents a very big issue with this administration.

Cain scoffed at the suggestion that Trump intends to deport US citizens from their homeland. Frost said his removal from the US since Garcia gained protective status from the judges was evidence that he was not given the legitimate procedure by the Trump administration. clock:

“He is an illegal foreigner and a suspect in a gang of a foreign terrorist-designated organization, and he was ordered to be removed. It appears to be an element of the legitimate process that will surely distinguish him from the average American citizen,” Cain continued. “And you’re having a very scary argument with Americans today. You’re proposing to Americans. [that] if [Trump] Details we just walked can get rid of this guy. You suggest that he can remove you. And that seems quite far from reality. ”

According to court documents, an agent for Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested Garcia, who illegally entered the United States in 2011 and deported him to his home country. After the Trump administration recognized Garcia’s deportation was a misadventure, they argued that Garcia should remain in El Salvador due to his past deportation order in 2019 for court documents detailing his relationship with MS-13.

According to court documents, the judge granted status in October 2019 known as “withholding of removal,” known as “withholding of removal.”

US District Judge Paula Sinis, an Obama-appointed judge, ordered the administration to promptly implement Garcia’s return to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The High Court later ruled that the administration should promote Garcia’s return from El Salvador, but Salvador President Naive Buquere confirmed that during his April 14 visit to the rank office he would not return Garcia to the United States.

Along with Frost, California Democrat Robert Garcia, Arizona’s Yassamine Ansari, Oregon’s Maxine Dexter and Maryland’s Senator Chris Van Hollen also traveled to El Salvador.
