Prescott, Ariz. – A retired sheriff’s deputies are found guilty of attempting sexual contact with a child in Yabapai County.

Jeffrey J. York, 68, of Prescott, was recently found guilty of seducing minors for sexual exploitation and attempting to commit sexual acts in small numbers following a criminal trial in central Arizona. It became.

The County Attorney’s Office said York is a retired deputy for the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Office.

The defendant was facing up to 26 years in prison when he was sentenced on February 28th.
