How to Avoid Long Waits on Election Day in Yavapai County

Election day is November 5, 2024. If you plan to vote in person, here are two tips to avoid long wait times at the Yavapai County Vote Center.

Know the wait time

If you are planning to visit a Vote Center on November 5, 2024, be sure to do so. YavapaiVotes.Gov You can then click on the “Vote Centers” link to see wait times for all in-person centers using our new interactive map application.

You can vote at any Vote Center that is open in Yavapai County, so choose the Vote Center closest to you or find the Vote Center with the shortest lines and vote. The Vote Center Wait Times widget is updated every 30 minutes, so check the site before you leave.

The ballot has two pages, front and back, and takes about 20 minutes to complete if you’re prepared and know exactly who you’re voting for, and 40 minutes if you’re not. It will take. So, prepare who you want to vote for and be prepared to stand in line.
